Counselling & Creative Therapy
If you are feeling stuck, lost or over-whelmed, then ROOM TO BE can provide a place to gently land, and begin to explore other ways of knowing, responding and being.
Fiona Wood, Counsellor
I’m Fiona, a counsellor and the person behind ROOMTO BE.
I created ROOM TO BE as a space for people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
I bring a calm, thoughtful, and compassionate approach to my work.
I’m interested in understanding the whole person— not just what’s happening on the surface, but what sits underneath: patterns, emotions, relationships, and life experiences.
In our work together, you can expect:
-
A space that is supportive, respectful, and non-judgemental
-
Time to slow down and explore things at your own pace
-
A focus on what matters most to you
-
Gentle curiosity around patterns, emotions, and relationships
-
The option to gently explore things in different ways, including through conversation, reflection, and other creative or experiential approaches, if that feels right for you
-
Support not only in understanding what’s going on, but also in making meaningful changes guided by your goals and own inner wisdom.
If you're thinking about getting in touch, I'd love to hear from you. You can:
